Get your access key

The closed beta needs an access key, including when you install through itch.io. Create a free Damn, Zombies account to get yours instantly. No approval needed.

  1. 1. Sign up for freeUse Discord, Google, or your email and a password. You do not need to buy the game.
  2. 2. Copy your access keyYour key appears after signup and is available on your account page.
  3. 3. Return to the gamePaste the key into the Access key box and choose Unlock. You can keep the game open while you sign up.

Your free access lasts 48 hours from the first time you activate your key in the game, rather than from signup or download. Downloading does not grant permanent access. If your access has expired, sign in and request an extension from your account page.
